Was just about to buy something on David Jones online store, and seems there is no more Click & Collect option - only Parcel Pickup option or Delivery.
This is a bummer - as there is a charge for Parcel Pickup ($10 unless order is over $100).
Not only that, you can't even check stock availability of stores anymore.
Anymore discounts?
Went to David Jones and the 'discounting' was very under whelming especially on business clothes.
You could wait until the end of the sale where they discount clothes further e.g. further 25% off but then you risk missing out on what you were after.
Thanks for that, just noticed lots of the good stock wasn't discounted heavily.
I wanted to click & collect on some $99 shoes. I was 'forced' to buy a saucer for a $1 to avoid paying the $10 delivery. I hope delivery orders are looked at quickly and stock allocated to them so they are not 'sold out'.
If the warehouse has run out of stock, they might transfer it in from the Sydney CBD stores if they have stock.
It's only turned off until tomorrow to prevent Click and Collect orders being sold out before it even gets looked at during the first week of Clearance. (It's very busy!) Wait until Monday and you can Click and Collect and check stock levels (this isn't as accurate as you think so be prepared for disappointment if it's on sale).
Parcel Pickup is just getting it sent to your Parcel Locker or the Post Office.
