  • Would these be ok for video recording in a canon 70D?

    • This U1 card should have no problem with 720P/1080P video recording. For 2K/4K I would highly recommend a U3 card.

      • No way I'd penny pinch this much, and/or use microSD on a decent camera like that.

I've hit problems with stock 720p recording bitrates, even with sandisk ultra 30MB/S in my GH1. 45MB/S extreme is baseline.

I found 95MB/S extremes super cheap, in "small" sizes. Now i can get the most out of the camera/lens with famous hacks.

        • What are these hacks?

        • I think it depends on the video codec you use. It would be a issue with uncompressed video - like my canon camera…

The DJI 4K camera only utilize about 10M/S on 4K 25p so those card seems to be good.

I've ordered 3 of this card but I would use it somewhere else - like car audio etc.

How do these compare to the Samsung EVO equivalent cards?

  • TIGHT!

  • Bouncy!

  • I have this 32gb one for 2+ years. Works well.

  • Brilliant find again TA.

  • Hey TA, do these fit?

    • You probably need a 25 pack. If it continues to drop out, get a few SSD. Good luck

  • Bought the 32gb card. thanks

  • Damn just bought the $5 8gb sd card at harvey norman 1/2 yearly clearance

  • nice deal

  • Bought one 32gb card. Thanks a lot

  • Would these work for GoPros? I believe they require "Class 10", is this an equivalent card?

Never mind, I just realized I'm an idiot as it says "Class 10" in the title

But you can get 64GB for about $20 here: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Toshiba-8GB-16GB-32GB-64GB-micro-…

Can someone explain why I wouldn't just get this instead? Works out to be about the same $/GB

Coz it's $10 cheaper and not everyone necessary wants 64gb? The seller you listed wants $15.95 for 32gb.

      BTW I upvoted you anyway.

I see, I thought the concern was that they would be counterfeit.

Is counterfeit memory cards a big problem on eBay? How are we able to tell it is the real deal and not a knock off that will fail on you the moment it gets hot or corrupts as soon as you write to it?

        • Futu are legit. Dunno about the seller you listed.

My guess is that there are more fakes than real.

How are we able to tell it is the real deal and not a knock off

          Simple - you test it.

        • @llama: Thanks for that! I will download it and test it out.

  • Anyone know if Toshiba usually include an SD adapter?
