Not the cheapest price it's been (dropped to $199 a couple of times), but still cheap for a 24/7 gym. Works out to $20.75 a month.

  It's big. Like really big.
  
  I go in the morning and while there are probably a lot of people there, it doesn't feel like much. May be a bit worse in the arvo.
  
  Lots of free, cable and machine weights. Plenty of cardio. Boxing ring and MMA ring. Classes (can check their timetable on the website).
  
  It does feel more no frills, though (broken items may be left untended for longer periods).
