I'm a blizzard fan but can't justify $60 for the last sc2 expansion. Came across this deal while browsing the HN website.
Just bought one @ my local HN and it scanned for $28.

Is this stand alone version which includes the first 2 iterations?
It's completely stand alone. So no you won't get SC2 WoL or HotS.
If any one is interested Im pretty sure I saw this or perhaps the zerg version at EB for $30 at Parramatta NSW.
Stock looks a little sparse.. Might try to price match @ EB.
Or JB Hifi

I've heard this expansion doesn't require the WoL and HotS to play. Is that right?

in fact theyre all stand alone games, you're paying for the story if you're into that, a friend of mine told me it was better than Heart of the Swarm though

I just picked up a copy at HN Cannington. There were three copies left. It scanned at the register for $28 :)

Don't know but it might be a recent price change. Probably will update later on the website.
Also, remember that as long as you're in a party, you get upgraded to the highest version in your party, so if someone's got this version, everyone else with only WOL or HOTS can play with all the new units.

After not buying this for ever, I finally played through HoTS and bought LotV during the last ebay 20% sale for $43 delivered. Now it's $30 :/
And I don't think it's even shipped from mightyape yet.
Not many players on multiplayer.
Play on the americas, lots of players there. Also the skill level of the americas is way more beginner friendly than SEA.

Crap game . Javnt played in a while but stoped playing since u could buy all the best in game stuff.. give blizzard an extra $50 and your officially an expert. And get a gold star ^_^ ..
