  Cant recommend this company highly enough. Brilliant customer service. Product was imo as good as any of the pocket spring with multi layer cushion that we tried in the retail stores. Plus way way cheaper. About the only negative is there is no additional support on the edges of the mattress, probably to do with the fact its vacuum packed and delivered in a roll, like a big cigar. We changed our cushion from hard to medium with no trouble. Mattress top zips open for easy changeover.

  For the price, I would also be looking at ozmattress
  Not a rolled up mattress, a few more options in terms of types and also gets great feedback on forums (e.g. whirlpool)

    I agree. Their margins on this must be insane. I have nothing against matressses in a box (in fact, I own one), but for this money, why would you? When there are highly acclaimed alternatives like Ozmattress.

  I have only heard good things about this mattress, my brother also bought a Queen and says he loves it and the customer service is the best.

  I am thinking to get one soon too.

  I bought a sleeping duck mattress about 2 weeks ago for the full price. Is there any chance I can get a $100 refund? :)
