  • time to stock up!!!

    • so we can submit multiple entry according to the term? basically we can buy 1 of each product and get the cashback?

    • Stock up? How many electric toothbushes do you need?! ;-)
Shame they don't have a cashback on the replacement heads. I guess that's where the ongoing profit is made.

  • They offered $50 cashback for Triumph Dual handle 3 months ago. I paid $190 for a pair of Triumph handle with travel charger. They are really good.

The downside: once you use Triumph, you don't even want to use Oral-B Professional Care 5000.

  • Does anyone know roughly how much each of those toothbrushes costs?

    • +1

Roughly speaking $30 for the slow model, $90 for the intermediate model and $130-$200 for the deluxe model depending on what special offers are on.
Personally I wouldn't bother with the $30 model because I don't think it cleans very well.

  • Neat!

So is there a list of participating retailers? Looked on the coupon, the website and the T&Cs but couldn't see anything.

    • where is list of participating retailers …anyone??

  • I bought my toothbrush last month, do they accept it?

  • Wonder if you can use the priceline $20 off coupon (expires 8th May 2010) in conjunction with this one to get $40 off the Oral B triumph

    • I don't think that is a problem as long as Priceline is one of the participating retailers. $20 offer from Priceline and the other $20 is from Oral-B, which you claim through the mail.

      • There is also another oral b promo where you get a $60 Toni and Guy Gift card when you buy 1 of a number of products, one being the above product. One redemption asks for original receipt and one asks for copy of. So I guess if its $200 you get $20 off oral b cash back, $20 off priceline and $60 Toni and Guy. Better deal, but still its just a toothbrush!

  • crap deal. just use coles $1 toothbrush

    • I would have to agree.

However, those who are too weak to be able to manually brush may find this offer appealing. I can imagine that the stress of modern living may sap all the energy from that brushing arm.

Additionally, those with some spare cash may find this offer will help with relieving that load off that heavy wallet. As a bonus, with these items you have the ongoing cost of brushes :)

      • -1

Its called preference. Some people like manual, some people brush better with electronic toothbrushes. If someone likes to spend that bit of extra for an assisted clean, there is nothing wrong with it. If you have something against it perhaps you should keep your condescending opinions to yourself. But looking at your track record of useless post, I don't see it happening anytime soon.

        • It's call humour.

Good luck with that brushing arm, and with the diet :)

          • @YesPleaseThankYou: You need to be actually funny to classify it as humour. Good luck with your career in comedy.

  • Whats this $20 coupon @ Priceline youre talking about? Looking at the latest priceline catelogue, there is currently a 20% off on all oral-b toothbrushes.

(Not sure whether priceline is one of the participating store of this offer. Harvey Norman is and their price is $169 for IQ 5000)

So at priceline you pay $200x(1-20%)-$20 = $140;then get rebate $20. Total money from your pocket $120

      $60 voucher

So if all combined, your toothbrush is about $60 (However, do you often go to that specific salon if not for promotion, their cheapest hair price is $89, so don't buy a toothbrush if you don't need it)

    • $60 voucher 01/03/10

    • how much did you pay?

      • I paid $150 at the shaver shop. I'm only interested in the $20 cashback from Oral-B, are you sure that its start date is 1/3/10? Thanks

        • it was for the $60 Voucher. The rebate didn't say about starting date, so I guess you can. Give a go anyway.

        • I saw this promotion on the Oral B website weeks ago. So it probably did start in March

          • @zhenjie: I should be clear then, my receipt says 3rd of May.

  • How much are refills/brushes?

    • Usually work out around $5 a head/brush

  • $149.99 Oral B Toothbrush Triumph with Smart Guide - http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/product.asp?id=56875

  • At coles you can get the Advanced powerbrush 950tx for $40 (save $9.95). With the cash back it will be $35. Sale started on the 6th and will end on the 12th. I dont know if it is WA only.

  • Went to the good guys today. Price tag says $199. Mentioned to them that priceline is having 20% off sale which brings it down to $159.99 plus they're having special mother's day discount of $20 so $139.99 how much could they do it for. They said $147 which is how much it cost them (dont know if its true!) so I've got it from there (I already have $100 gift card to spend).

In case there's no priceline near you :) Think $147 is still pretty good!

    • Oh and they have no idea about the Tony & Guy thing (or the cash back!) lol. Might give Oral-B a call on monday to see whos the participating stores are.

      Will report back! :)
