110

$33.90 per bottle… Not the cheapest but could be useful for people running low on this great drink.

Dan Murphy's currently has Jameson Irish Whiskey 700ml at $38.90 per bottle for My Dan Murphy's members (free to join). There is a 3 bottle limit per member per day.

Jameson currently has a $5 cash back offer at the moment (https://jameson.reward.zone/). Using the offer brings the price down to $33.90 per bottle.

Please note the following T&C's relating to the $5 cash back offer:

  • Only one claim is permitted per person
  • Claimants must retain their Store Receipt as proof of purchase
  • The Promoter will cover the cost of bank transfer fees, but fees will apply for Paypal, and these will be deducted from the Reward
  • Purchase period commences 29.02.16 and closes at 5:00PM AEST on 25.07.16
  • No electronic receipts are accepted (thanks @Gusper)

Don't forget 5% CashRewards (http://www.cashrewards.com.au/dan-murphys)

You can also pay using discounted Wish Gift Card's to achieve (at least) a further 5% discount.

  • excellent, i think i might be running low.

  • If you are looking to switch it up a bit this winter, a bottle of Jamie makes a killer Manhattan (use orange bitters and I think it's a variation called an Emerald, maybe).

      EMERALD PRESSÉ
      45ml Jameson
      30ml Montana sauvignon blanc
      6-8 mint leaves
      3 lime wedges
      90ml lemonade
Add ingredients to a tall glass, fill with ice, stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint.

      My favourite
Jameson and dry ginger ale but replace the ice with frozen raspberries.

"The Promoter will cover the cost of bank transfer fees"
Are you going to give them online your name, surname, address, mobile number, bank account number and bsb for a $5 cashback?

People use Facebook for free. It has alot more personal info that can be used if you forget your password. Ie Peta names, birthday, mother maiden name. People get up in arms over digital security but the biggest leaks is their fat fingers and mouths.

    • Hundreds of online stores I have shopped with retain these details anyway. In the age of big data my personal information has already been breached after hackings at eBay, Sony, Menulog, David Jones… Luckily most of us have indemnity against fraud from our financial institutions. Pernod Ricard can have my details. It's the price we pay for shopping on the Internet!

    • Good point

Please note the promoter doesn't accept electronic receipts, so no $5 cash back for my cash rewards purchase.

    • Thanks for the update Gusper. But doesn't a physical receipt come with DM deliveries/ click & collect orders?

    • Can just print out the email receipt and take a photo of it as requested?

BTW, Firstchoice have the litre bottles for $56. With that $10 off 50 voucher (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/252898), plus the $5 cashback, works out pretty cheap. So $41 for 1l, equivalent of $28.70 at 700ml.

    • Almost as cheap a duty free prices.

    • Except the cashback promo is for 700ml only

Well, it worked for me. They list it, and the barcode matches. They have a drop down for all the products and there are quite a few.

        • Oh wow nice, that is a much better deal. Good job!

        • @Expon:
Yeah, I didn't actually notice the splash page only said 700ml. I wouldn't have tried the 1l if I'd noticed that…

Maybe it'll get rejected when they do the manual part of the validation, but it was listed and it accepted it in the submission.

Doesn't make sense though they wouldn't take a bigger size bottle.

        • @Mobe1969: Let us know how it goes!

Woe, it just turned up. That was quick.

@Mobe1969: I received a cashback approval email within 3.5 hours of submission. Cheers mate!

        • @abadacus:
Yeah, unbelievable. I'm so used to these schemes taking so long by the time they turn up I have no idea where it is from, and I have to think about it for a bit, like my last Asus and Samsung ones.
