I have a CBA Credit Card Platinum, I received an annual fee of $249 on the 18th of May 2016. If I cancel it now can I still have the annual fee reversed? Unfortunately I cannot see any information in the internet and the cancellation department of CBA is close during the weekend.
I've recently cancelled my CBA credit card on my 13th month. If you haven't used the card and have paid the full balance off, then they will reverse the full card annual fee. Call them on Monday on 1800 006 729. They may offer you points to stay or try to get you on another card product.
