    I don't think you will get much love posting Beats headphones on a bargain website as they are well known to be overhyped, overpriced, low quality devices.

    • I agree, although, surprisingly, Bose headphone 'deals' do get quite a few upvotes on here.

      • Yes, but Bose are actually really good quality. My point isn't that people won't pay for expensive items that are discounted on here but rather that people won't pay for expensive items that don't justify the price tag to begin with.

        • I see your point but quality is subjective. For example if you're referring to the build quality or noise cancellation of Bose, then I would agree. However, in terms of pure sound quality the QC25 must be the dullest sounding headphone in its price range.

          At the same time, there are some who swear by the Beats' sound signature, won't listen to anything else and are happy to pay a premium for it. The badge popular among a certain demographic also doesn't hurt.

        • @elektron: I'd like to see who these people are. No audio-minded professional would recommend Beats over much better quality and yet cheaper products. The only reason Beats' sells is cos it's fashionable and backed by celebrities of questionable talent.

          Bose are widely recognised as the clear leader in noise cancelling. There are other options if you value sound quality over the noise cancelling but they certainly aren't Beats.

        • @yanman: These people are called bassheads and they are out there :-)

          Bose may be really good at NC but Beats do the overhyped in-your-face bass better than anyone else, so it's horses for courses really. What neither of them do really well is deliver great sound for the money.

          So yes, I place Beats, Bose and even Apple products in the 'style over substance' category. No wonder Apple bought Beats - was a good fit for them.

    • Try reading the site rules.

    • Solo2s are actually good though.

  • Y'all ain't fo getting bout Dre!

  • There are quite a lot of Beats fans here.

  • "Dre got beats headphones. Rick Ross got Dia-Beats.." -Chris Rock

  • How does the wireless work if it's not done via bluetooth?

    • Bluetooth = Yes
      NFC = No
