Just saw the previous deal posted here and decided to do some research as to the quality of the phone mount and I stumbled upon this.
A cheaper phone mount for your car.
Also, consider: 2 reviews on JB Hi-Fi for the other mount saying that it falls off easily (the mount posted in this deal).

To be honest, I find that customers don't really tend to review something unless it's really amazing or it doesn't work at all for them.

I was confused at first wondering if you meant this mount, or the other deal had bad reviews LOL.
Dont waste money on this mount, it's total garbage.
I had this exact style of mount but purchased it from Taiwan.
I used it on a Sony Z1 Compact (Z1C) and the mount lost its grip after 6-8 months.
From what I could tell, the mount isn't strong enough to support phones. The Z1C is ~137g, so not even that heavy, and every bit of braking and acceleration seem to add stress to the mount, and it eventually lost its grip from the circular base plate.
I got this from DS for $5. Doesnt seal as well as the other deal. Found i had to tighten the seal after driving for about an hour. Also barely fit my HTC m7 which is narrow enough.
There are better mounts out there.
Could you please tell me which mounts are better ( budget $30 and under )
This style/design mount seems to be hit and miss.
I had a generic Kmart one and it held up fine until somebody broke it (and of course it's no longer sold by Kmart anymore), but I purchased Cygnett ones and one had next to no suction..
