Concentrated aroma’s of dark fruits and brooding spice continue to open with plenty of air. This is a quality Shiraz from the Vale with wicked dark chocolate flavours carrying plenty of length through. It still has a plethora of fruit intensity that holds this choc/mocha characteristic up even higher. Phenomenal complexity in this wine for it’s price point of $30.
Year after year, this wine is certainly a must for every cellar.

  winedirect delivery arrived yesterday and we tried the 2012 Tim Adams Bayes Block Shiraz- last night. Lovely red, balanced with some nice fruit and drinking well now - going to order more. Won't be opening the Oliver's Taranga in a hurry but certainly sounds good.
