From the Steam page:

"What if alien life is closer than we think? Not in faraway galaxies or on planets still unknown to the human race… What if it was shining into our eyes every night for the past 4.5 billion years? They call themselves the Bantarans for Bantara is the native name of the Moon. Similar to humans, and yet so much different. Bantarans are known to have not one heart like the humans, not even two hearts like the Doctor, but even three hearts functioning perfectly within their bodies. But where are they? And why haven't we ever seen them? There's a catch… The Bantara mother carries the Bantara baby inside of her for about 4000 years… That's how much it takes for those three hearts to become perfectly synchronized. But their lifespan reaches more than 100 000 years. How come? There are absolutely no known bacteria nor viruses on the Moon leaving them with the perfect chance to evolve very fast… Until 1969 - human year. That's when us, humans, had made our big achievement and landed on the Moon's surface. We gloated for a while and then simply gone away leaving behind a neovirus that is not detectable by human technology. That was the end of the life as the Bantarans knew. Afraid, desperate and almost hopeless, the Bantarans decided to run for their lives… And their target was Earth… They didn't hate, they didn't want revenge, they simply wanted the humans to help them. But they were, as us humans would say, naive. As soon as they have landed and made contact, we started protesting against helping the aliens for they might be our enemies. Typically. Human scientists were forced to lock the Bantarans inside laboratories and conduct experiments, but there was one person who has restored the faith in humanity. Dr. Oliver Pendaka declined to commit genocide and released the Bantarans making it possible for them to flee further inside the laboratory. There still might be hope for the Bantarans from the Moon. Save the race of our night light! "

  • So…I just noticed this …thing on the store page of the game, it seems(or to me at least - been watching too many movies….hahaha) to be like a secret message of sorts that stretches from the side panel all the way down to the fourth recently posted review of the game, but in a different language that I can't read…..or could just be a glitch…. I've tried refreshing the page and restarting steam. Even gone onto a different game store page and then come back to it and it's there!

So anyone who can read this, tell me what it says or it's just gibberish and probably a glitch in the system and doesn't mean anything besides to tell that something's wrong…?

I've also noticed this on some of the other game store pages whilst going through my queue as well, to get my free trading cards….but of course ignored thinking it's probably a one off or a glitch/bug in the client. Just checked via Firefox and it's also displayed there…so you guys should be able to replicate it see it for yourself.

I'm thinking it might have something to do with the summer sale or something….

    • Looks more like some reviews with Unicode text to me. Like the upside-down text that was really popular a few years back.

      • Oh, well yes that could explain it too; but wouldn't it only exist in the review area and not like take up half the game's store page…?

Damn it man; that's what I came to say.

  • Thanks OP. I'm loving all these free Steam games.
