    Basa $5 again! Cheap protein!
I know it is farmed in toxic waste dumps, but it has a great texture and very versatile.
Time to fill the freezer - just ask the staff nicely for some not "thawed for your inconvenience".

C'mon manic, you seem to think Basa is a fish?
Basa is the seafood equivalent of fritz/devon….
bits of fish parts blended together.

      • Nothing wrong with mystery meat!

      • But it's still protein!

  • Thanks as always!!!! love the Tyrells chips (now made in Australia!)

Hoyts gift cards can be used to get 10% off optus perks ($9.90 tickets) as you can now buy through the hoyts portal if you buy your ticket rather than a voucher.

    • I see that Hoyts are abandoning the voucher system through Optus Perks from today, so you book tickets to a specific session now. Saves a step, but no gifting the vouchers anymore :(

  • I've been using butter for the past week because rice bran oil was not in the specials last week :) mildlyexcited

  • Time to get my Mexican on

I definitely like this format the best - especially with adding the fruit & veg section

  • With the Hoyts Optus Perks now, just found out tonight that they are now charging an extra $3 for the recliner seats too.
