  • Great headset.

    • Er … are they? Most reviews I've read say the bass is terrible on these.

      • Its one of the best headsets ever. Too bad they stopped production.

      • I'm not sure how similar they are, but i have the 930 and they are gathering dust in the cupboard because the bass is terrible.

        • Wireless headphones always sound worse then the corded version imo.

      • I used them purely as counterstrike headset, the sound was great for that. If you want audiophile headphones buy audiophile headphones.

That said you could Alter how it played it to lower bass ect. Good program if you knew how to use. Built in voice morph. Heavy though.

I paid $90 when I bought Nd was happy with them.

  • Really good price, must resist!!

  • Very good headset. Have had mine for years and only complaint is the faux leather wearing off of the ear cups after a year or so of heavy use.

This usually means you don't shower often enough and the grease from your face and hair has deteriorated the leather.

        what a greasy pig !

      • grease from your face and hair has deteriorated the leather.

        Except that it wasn't leather.

      • Or it had 6+ hours use a day for a year. I have faux leather jackets that dont touch my skin that have deteriorated quicker. Should also add this is the most common issue with these headphones so I guess we are all just greasy pigs.

        • The next most commen is them breaking where they turn at the ear cup, thats what happened to mine. Lol got caught on dog Nd pc pulled off the bench 0.o

Also 3 years dayly use never had any deterioration, wonder why you did.

        • @Slippery Fish: Not sure either re the deterioration. Wife had the same issue on hers.

@Ravensbane: I got some gamecom360 to replace, picks up all the background noise thats ment to blend into background crystal clear on movies… Keep thinking there people at my door or something cos background dialouge usualy doesnt relate to the movie lol.

u can buy replacements for those ear pads from ebay. just do a search it costs about aud10? it's not the official ones but they are definitely fitting.
