On Saturday 16th July 2016 we’re re-opening our kitchens to the public so that you can see first hand all the work and care that goes into making our famous delicious chicken!

WHAT YOU'LL SEE
In a half-hour tour you'll be taken into our kitchens to see how we hand prepare our fresh chicken in our secret herbs & spices to create the food you love.

THE TOUR
Our store managers will be your guides. And after you'll get to enjoy an Original Recipe or Zinger burger with a regular chips and drink - FREE! Register early to attend your preferred location and time.

  I enjoyed the tour - interesting stuff. We had 2 no shows, but still had 8. Apparently they had 50 on the waiting list!

  I was also the only one at the tour.

  The lady was nice, gave me a 3 piece meal. Asked her if i can have 12 pieces for my work mates and she was cool with it. She even added 2 large chips. All for free

  Enjoyed our tour, apparently it was booked for 15ppl however only 3 turned up plus myself. Their fryers are apparently worth $20000 each and FUN FACT the gravy base is of…..(TOP SECRET ;)). The manager gave us the goss and said by Summer, KFC would release Frozen coke versions of PEPSI and MOUNTAIN DEW. The best part is that the drinks would be $1 (to compete against McD & HJs)and most likely be permanent based on the feedback at test stores around the Gong area. Unfortunately the BLACK BURGER and HOT & Spicy would be seasonal (my fave of the lot) however if your in the LIVO area, the KFC on hume hwy next to Shell has H&S all year round. (Worth the extra 2 min drive). Overall, the free feed made it worthwhile and interesting. If i could give any feedback, still unease on how the utensils are washed, literally like playing the current KFC game.
