This copy looks fake to me.
Let me clarify - I have ZERO doubt that it is fake.
What I was wondering was whether the quality was any good, missing pieces, instructions unintelligible etc.In case you're aware this is a fake copy, I would recommend against buying it. A fake copy has very low quality, far from acceptable quality. I had a fake Carcassonne many years ago, half price, yay that was great but i didn't want to play with it. Colors was too blurred and out-of-focus, tiles didn't match well, cardboard was easily peeled off. I would bet this copy of Catan will have the same problem. If tiles don't match well it will be annoying to form the board, if cards quality is low you will be able tell which special card is which.
Furthermore every fake copy is a result of illegal leaking from outsourcing company. Yet the price here is far from 'cheap'. With 47$ you can easily find a used copy from a local gamer in very good condition.
