Came accross this while looking for other games. I presume that while it is a physical copy it still requires Origin and the discs are not actually required.

The Star Wars Battlefront Collector's Pack includes:

  • Star Wars Battlefront Game
  • Star Wars Stormtrooper T-shirt
  • Star Wars Stormtrooper Mug
  • Star Wars Stormtrooper Keyring

Game alone is the same price as with extra's so why not get the extra's ;)

Not sure on stock levels or how long it will last.

Keep in mind that the online community is not very large anymore (which explains the price).

        Last time I tried was a couple of months ago and I went thru every game type and didn't get anyone. Uninstalled it.
        Might give it another go if there are still people playing…

          Yep I tried it on the free weekend and only got 2 or 3 games of Drop Zone during peak hours. It was impossible to get a game of anything else.

          @irishjoe: I've been able to get into games easily, though that's letting the "matchmaking" do its thing and probably because it was a double XP weekend, every game has been Walker Assault though… doh!

          @noelstewartx: I clicked on Multiplayer then under find games, clicked "40 player modes" and it got down to a room with me and 1 other person in it.
          Maybe its not matching me with anyone due to my crappy internet speed…

          @irishjoe: Oh, also, if you aren't keen on the Collectors items, you could sell them. I got $20 for the shirt, cup and keychain within 24 hours of posting, so you could probably get a lot more for it.

      PS4 player here… never have trouble finding games… 40 player walker assault or even smaller 6v6 hero modes.

      Play during the day during the week sometimes, weeknights, weekends, no dramas. Don't even have a season pass or any added content.

      You can get free shipping if you physically go into your nearest store and make the order there. Doing it this way you can still get the loyalty points. I've done this many times with my local EB and they refer to it as just 'order in-store'.

      nope no single player, apparently in 7 years of development they couldn't find time to make bot mode……… coupled with the dead MP scene means you will be buying a $23 drink coaster

      if it has a SP campaign I would've brought on launch day in a heart beat

    No single player. Multiplayer community is dead by all accounts.

    Just got it on PC. Couldn't resist… It's Starwars.
    Had to pay for shipping as no stores near me had stock.
    If enough people buy it here maybe we can have an OZB multiplayer match.

      Last I heard there wasn't a server browser. Basically have to all be online at the same time, click connect and pray it will match everyone up.

    Got mine today.
    T-shirt was low quality as it was thin cotton with less than impressive printing.
    The mug's design was nice but it was the lightest mug I've ever held.
    40GB to download, around 10GB and you can start playing although that was just you in a room with bots as you need to download the whole content before you can join multiplayer.
    At $28, I think it was ok price.
