  • How does BlitzWolf compare to TronSmart?

    • +4

Identical. I own both, and they have the same manufacturer stamp and specifications written on them. The only difference is the logo.

      • Blitzwolf 40W loses 14W to Tronsmart 54W, so the delivered power is going to suffer on the 3rd of the 5 ports.

Tronsmart 54W delivers 18W on the QC3.0, then 12W from ports 2-4 at QC2.0 (18W+3x12W=54W). The delivered power will suffer on the 5th port.

Tronsmart have a 90W version but all 5 ports (18W per port) are QC2.0.

None of them are really using their potential because they're restricted by their overall wattage or missing QC3.0.

For 54W, you might as well get a 4-port.

For 40W, you might as well go for 3-ports

  • Nice user review. Does the charger come with a German-English dictionary?

    • Hi,the manual is Enlight

  • I never really undeerstood the diff between this 5-port 40W charger vs the tronsmart 5-port 54W charger (http://www.geekbuying.com/item/Qualcomm-Certified-Tronsmart-…)

apart from the 1 QC port - the other 4 ports on both charge at same rate?

very sorry for the noob question.. really keen to pick up this or the tronsmart one to replace a dead one of mine

Thanks for the question, you are correct. There is one QC port and four standard 5V ports. The QC port offers QC speeds and is also backwards compatible as a fast 5V charger. The 4 regular ports offer 5V fast charging but will not charge at QC rates.

    • +2

I have both.. my Tronsmart, the QC port stopped working after a few weeks. Doesn't charge anything. Other 4 ports still works

      • PM me your order number for the Tronsmart and I'll see what we can do.

    • The Tronsmart has 1xQC2.0 port at 12V/1.5A and 4xVoltIQ Auto detected charging port at 5V/2.4A each.
This Blitzwolf shares 8A across its 5 ports, so whilst each port can go to a max of 2.4A, you can't get 2.4A out of all of them at the same time, whereas you can with the Tronsmart's 4 VoltIQ ports.

Some of the blitWolf stuff is not all they are cracked up to be. Have sold some of their lightning cables and have had a few returns. So far about 10% defect rate. I'd stay away.

do u have black colour? The white doesnt match my decor. o_O

  • I have tronsmart and blitzwolf …… no problems with either one.
QC ….. great in emergency …… have one in the car …… but the 5 ports are good for just plug everything in and it's ready in the morning.

  • I can only get maximum 5V 1.8A from this charger(1 device connected) instead of the claiming 2.4A.

      1. Will my device charge at full speed 2.4A?
2.4A charging is dependent on the capability of your device, please check your smartphone's manual to see the maximum Amps (A) your device can charge at.
