          6 Month warranty is advised by QCY. As a reseler, we cannot do much about it.
          The good thing is we do not have many product quality issues regarding to QCY products.
          Sometime customer have issues with Bluetooth communication matter. A earphone reset and forgot all paired Bluetooth headset will simply solve all problem. It sometimes happens due to Bluetooth communication error. Just like your wifi network, restart will fix everything.

      QY12 and QY19 have same driving unit.
      However, QY12 have magnate on/off feature. And QY19 is really light and smaller in size.
      QY19 is the lasted model from QCY, which mean to replace QY8 and QY7.
