Has both microSD and SD slots, and supports UHS-I and the new UHS-II standard (only the SD slot supports UHS-II, so for microSD UHS-II you should use the SD slot with an adapter).

Build quality is excellent, with single piece machined steel body (much more durable than plastic card readers).

    very fast. BUT, mine from amazon broke in less than 20 uses (big memory card so didn't need to use it every day). Apparently a common thing and Kingston CS not very good at all. Amazon very good as usual. first sd card bit stopped working, then microsd card a few uses later.

        Mine's also been perfect; previously used cheap plastic ones that all broke after a few uses, but this one has been pretty rugged, which I assume is down to the metal housing. Would definitely recommend

    Nice. Been thinking I should get a SD->USB reader sometime so I could move photos directly from my camera to my phone (via USB-OTG) for some time now, and this looks pretty solid.
