I've made a booking for 6ppl for a SYD -> HOB trip in one lot. NOW l need to change one person's return flight but when l go the website it only allow me to change for the whole lot, is this how it works from Jetstar? Is their any other way to change flight for one person without calling them? Thanks
From my knowledge you might all be booked in 1 record. What does this mean? You have flight details ( to and from Hobart ) and then details of the party: names, phone number, payment details, fare.
Normally about 3 people names fit in one record. Do you have 1 reference number or several?
If you have only one you are probably booked under a group booking. I don't think you can change that.
If you have to change the return ticket, you might be better off just buying a new ticket for that person.

Call them and see what they can do. What they'll likely be able to do is split that person from the rest of the booking so that they will have their own reference number. From there you can change their return flight. Mind you, the fees that involves, it's probably cheaper to just book a return flight separately for them.
