Futu Online (eBay) Warranty Claim Experience

Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking of buying some computer parts i.e. Motherboard, Ram , SSD from futu online with the 20% off ebay deal. Prices seem to be a little cheaper than the likes of MSY and PCCASEGEAR. I'm just worried about the how difficult they will be to deal with in case i have to claim warranty on something. Has anyone had any experience dealing with warranty claims with them? Some feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks

Well they're associated with Shopping Express, so if having any trouble, you can always pursue that route:

they are pretty easy to deal with, they have a warehouse in Alexandria, I wanted to return some items and I just dropped them off and they updated ebay and processed the refund in a day or two. So I think it's as good as a brick and mortar shop if you live around Sydney.

    • Sounds good. I do live in Sydney, so hopefully woudn't be any trouble. Thanks enzioFirenze

  • Always an issue with large items.

I ordered a 43" monitor and it had burn-in issues. Started the 'Return Process' and they promptly responded with Philips Australia number and asked me to get a case number.
Philips said, ask the dealer to call us. Stuck now, hoping they refund/replace without any issues, will report back with results.

    • "43" monitor"

      ……

      • Haha, sounds like an oxymoron but true. Philips 43" monitor. :)

Quick update: they promptly agreed to send a return label and replace the monitor. Lets see how this goes. Just hoping the replacement is not a dud too.

        • How did it go? Am about to buy a 34 inch monitor.

        • @conza: It went smooth, they refunded promptly.

  • Going through it now…
