No PS Plus required - BF4 Naval Strike expansion going completely free. Worth downloading for the weapons alone. These free packs generally expire in six days.

Note that the base game is needed to access this content. You can however download the pack without owning the base game.

    It's DLC - you can download it without the game, tho need the base game to play it. I'll edit to make it clearer.

  I just went to the PSN Store (via top link) and it says it's $22.95, but there's an option to "Download To PS4";

  SEEMS to be working??
