This is standard price. Has been for the last decade(or more)
A bargain compared to every other cinema on earth but not a bargain in traditional sense.

  $5 kids movie tickets at Bankstown Sports club is also the standard price.It's a bargain compared to Majors charging $15 or more.

  While the word bargain has connotations of limited time availability, it is not inherent to the definition. It essentially means great value for money, and I'd say this qualifies (though personally I couldn't stand the plasticy chairs myself, even at that price)
