To Download:

Select MYSTERY GIFT from the start menu.
Select RECEIVE GIFT, then YES to confirm.
Select GET WITH CODE, then YES. Enter code.
Watch as you receive your Pokemon.
Speak to the delivery girl in any Pokemon Center to receive your Pokemon.
Be sure to save your game.
Each code is redeemable only once.

      It's code on a card, but if they run out of cards, they'll print the code on the receipt instead. Last time EB had the promo, the cards ran out in a week.

      I've used the last one.

      It's too late for Mew (all codes expired), Celebi and Manaphy (Nintendo Network only for a month).
      A redistribution for Darkrai next month has been announced for the US, and I would expect we would get a similar event.
      Volcanion will be distributed in October (possibly EB Games).
      Shiny Yveltal and Xerneas haven't been announced for Australia.
