    oh man. ITIL has been created so managers dont feel inadequate talking with technical people. They now feel empowered to use their own jargon.

        The course so far is OK, although it is very dry without any real examples or similar. Good if you need something to help you get off to sleep!
        The narrator has an American accent, but whoever wrote the script isn't a native English speaker, there are occasional tendencies to drop the articles like "the" and "a".
