  • Internet explorer? Is that for the price, or you mean that the site won't work? I don't even have IE installed. Didn't use it for like a decade or so now. And the price is still showing as their normal price, unless you meant it won't drop unless we're using IE.

    • I can't add items to cart when I am using other browsers.

    • FWIW I used Chrome and it was fine

      • Yeah same

  • how do these compare to Van Heusen ?

    • +3

TM Lewin shirts are better than Van Heusen. They are better fitted and use better material. However, Charles Tyrwhitt are better still and have shirts at the same price as TM Lewin. I'm from the UK and so have been shopping with all 3 for years.

      • +4

I found Charles Tyrwhitt shirts to be too thin.
Found TM Lewin to be more comfortable.

        • +2

Agree with TM over CT for business wear. CT casual shirts are great.

        • +3

Used to wear Charles Tyrwhitt until I tried TM Lewin one day. I prefer TM Lewin simply because it's thinner around the waist; good if you have a V shape.

        • +1

          @driew:

Looks like TM is not so good if you are pear shape.

I find CT caters a bit more to the man who has a bit of a belly. Never tried TM might purchase a shirt to see what its like.

        • +1

I prefer CT, and their non-iron fabric is miles ahead - you can literally not iron them.

      • Having only tried CT shirts so far, what would an 'extra slim' in CT be equivalent to in TM? Fitted or Super fitted?

  • Am missing something? I'm seeing $90. Is there a code?

    • I think the wrong link was posted. If you go to the clearence section you will see them.

      URL Link

      • +1

I don't think those ones in the clearance section are what the OP was talking about. OP said, in the title, "All shirts $40 + free shipping". Either he got it wrong, or there's something wrong with the site.

        • +1

Hmmm. It worked fine for me. I have just ordered 3 non clearance super fitted shirt for 120 (no shipping costs.

I will attach the link here again, maybe it will work this time

        • @auedison:

Thanks, copy and pasting that URL worked for me.

        • @auedison: Ta. This worked.

        • @auedison: Cheers, I could only get $40 shirts through this link

  • I'm seeing $10 shipping? How do you get the free shipping?

  • Great shirts.

  • Can confirm link above works, bought two shirts with $0 shipping

  • Can vouch for the non-iron shirts, I just follow the washing instructions and it saves so much time.

  • whats the difference between slim vs supper fitted vs fitted?

  • +1

Thanks OP, copied and pasted URL into Edge browser. Just wish they'd update their styles for once. Looks like i'll be waiting for a CT shirts code next time

    • Very similar to CT styles and colours.

      • +2

I disagree, CT has way more range

  • +2

    I prefer CT

  • +1

Dont forget to use cashrewards 4%

  • +1

    Thanks OP.
Does anyone have both shirts? Any comments CT vs TM? Interested in sizing comparison.
    Thanks

    • +3

Yeah, Found TM better on size and quality for work attire.

  • +2

    Thannks OP, got 3@120 delivered.
Have CT and TM shirts. Very similar to be honest. I get 15.5/16" slim or fitted (178cm, 80kg), my wife thinks superfitted is a bit tight. No one else does!
Very similar IMHO. Have noticed some finishing on CT can be of lower spec (loose threads)
I also only buy the Non Iron shirts. The TM ones seem to be slightly ahead here.

    • Thanks.

    • At the slimmer end of the spectrum, there are extremely noticeable differences in fit. The chest and waist proportions are different, for starters. But perhaps more significantly, the TM Lewin armholes are much higher than the Charles Tyrwhitt armholes, and the overall sleeve/cuff circumference is smaller.

I have both CT extra slim and TML super fitted shirts - I started off with CT before "jumping ship" to TML. The shirts aren't too far apart in terms of chest and waist measurements, but the key reason TML shirts fit me better is because the arm holes are at least an inch higher.

  • Anyone tried their womens shirts?

  • Am I the only person confused with how to complete delivery details in TM Lewin site? I've added shirts to my cart and was about to fill in the online form, but it doesn't give you enough space to complete suburb names. And there is nowhere to write a state, though there's a space for a county. The hell is county? I thought those were common in the US. So frustrating with their site.

    • Works fine on chrome…
You select AUS? county = state

      • Yeah, I did. I paid with PayPal so I hope all will be good.

    • Really? I don't think you can expect an overseas supplier to have everything 100% matching up to how we name our addresses here (but yes, I put state under county). I found it an extremely easy check out process on my mobile, a fully functioning responsive website including the impressive 'what would this look on me' type renders. Something many Australian websites could learn from.

  • Thanks, this worked for me to. TM Lewin and CT don't have the more stylish shirts that they used to but they are still good quality and for $40 you can't argue.

  • Thanks OP!

  • A shirt for $40 and free delivery is an awesome deal, thanks OP!

  • +1

thanks OP, was waiting for the next TM Lewin shirt sale.

(This may effect some people: The payment processor they use is shithouse. Had a 2nd step for CC verification that failed on me with 3 separate cards. Ended up using Paypal and it worked fine. Just keep this in mind if paying with card.)

    • Was it the SecureCode thing? I couldnt skip that step, so I used paypal too for that reason

      • +1

Yep same thing. Kept asking me to add extra security to my credit/debit cards, but then would always fail. And it was unskippable!

Can't imagine how many sales a business would lose enforcing that system.

  • Thanks. Worked for me. Ordered a few. Have mostly Austen Bros shirts. Giving TM Lewin a go.

  • Anyone know if this is available in store? I'd like to try the fit before buying.
    Thanks!

    • No and the Melbourne store has pretty bad sales people. One of them told me that fitted stuff and the super fitted NEVER go on sale. I didn't say anything, but you should know your stuff before making that kind of statement. It's a true statement for in store though.

  • Nope. Not King St Sydney in any event. Was there today.

  • I just got the Collins street shop to honor this deal however this Link will cease to work soon as they sales guy was asking about it

    • I assume you simply asked them?
Did you have to show this link?

I might pay them a visit and see if their range is any different to the online store and see if they will oblige also.

      • I had to show them the website..& yes collins st. staff are friendly.

  • Does anyone have a CT voucher?

  • Damn it! I was hoping to order couple more shirts from this deal after my first two shirts arrive and I try them on. Expired now so hopefully next deal.

PS: Has anyone received their purchases from this deal?

    • Yup today

      • Lucky you. I didn't place my order on the first day the deal was posted, so I hope it will be delivered early to mid next week. I just wished that they didn't end the deal so soon. The CT Shirts deal will be active until the 28th, so something like that would have been perfect.

    • +1
      • Wow! Did they reactivate it or something? Cool! Ta

  • Has this expired? It shows as $60 for me.

EDIT: Link works using the above link

  • can't seem to get free delivery

    • Same

      • Need to spend $100 or more for free delivery.

  • I'm seeing the deal on this page - shorter url. http://www.tmlewin.com.au/Shirts/Mens-Shirts,en_AU,sc.html&cm_re=SC-40-SHI--Carousel+1--Mens+Shirts

  • Still working. Put in an order today. Did a previous order - and ordered the wrong collar. TM Lewin store in King St happily accepted the goods for return. Otherwise would have cost about $90 to ship back airmail. Winner.

  • This deal needs to be updated since it has changed. It's no longer $40 for a shirt, it's $50 incl. shipping (or free shipping when ordering for $100 or more).

  • Was just about to buy 4 x non-iron shirts for $240 + $25 delivery on the TM Lewin site. I tried out the OP's link and boom - got five non-iron business shirts for $200 delivered. Can confirm the above link and this $40/shirt + free delivery over $100 offer is still active and working (3pm on 06/09/2016). Cheers OP!
