Hi I am sourcing for quotes for made to measure quotes and blinds. and spotlight take a month before they have someone available to take measurements.
Are they worth the wait or they just dont have enough hands on deck?
Is there anyone with experience with them?

My blinds and curtains are now 4 years old and haven't had any issues with them.
Get a quote from A OK blinds. I used them and their prices are very good.
How different was the quote for A OK compared to Spotlight?

The quality & choice are no different to anyone in the industry for custom made blinds/ curtains but it's the poor customer service that gave them thumbs down. It was the same case as yours (took forever for the wait for onsite measures and quote), the waiting period for your chosen curtains/ blinds will be even longer (mine taken months) & no one cares about you once you're contracted & some payments are paid for your order. I had to go thru hurdles to even rectify the incorrectly made curtains & some missing orders.
I got Spotlight custom made blinds and they are good.
I bought some made-to-measure blinds from an online store and the quality of the Spotlight blinds are far better.
The lady came out to quote within the same week I sent in a request and the blinds were ready within the time frame they quoted. They came the next day to install.
If you wait until they have a sale on then the prices are not too bad, the lady even offered an additional discount if I placed the order within the same day. I had a few quotes done and Spotlight were the most competitive for custom made and installed.
