I do not have this model, but on a much cheaper panel heater there is no chance of that. It gets hot but never that hot. I can probably keep my hand on it 10 seconds before I feel the need to remove it.

It's much lesser than the other brands I have used. You have the option to mount it in the wall as well.
I cannot edit my previous comment anymore, but I have a 2.5 year old too and I am not afraid at all. Neither is my wife and she is a lot more paranoid then me.
I have noticed the heater get a little hot after long periods of use but its nothing like the Sandisk ultra fit usb's that give 3rd degree burns :)
I wouldn't recommend this myself as a bargain as it cranks through the electricity and you'll end up with huge bill after winter.
Much better than the cheaper brands though. All heaters consume a lot of electricity.

The stupid little casters break VERY easily where they attach to the heater you will be without the wheels in no time.

Do these come with built in timers and how long is the power cord? Looking for a wall mounted heater for a small bedroom. Was looking at the cheaper econoheat and similar which were small, cheaper and built in timer.
No timer on the one I have but it does have a thermostat that regularly activates when the room is heated. As the for the cord its probably around 1.5m long

Got exactly this model from TGG back in 2013. It broke in 2015 and I took it back and got it replaced it. No problem.
Three daily settings (off/on) is exactly what we wanted.
