Erm, did you see my suggestion in your last thread?
Like I said, I would be tempted to go via Melbourne with the Royal Brunei deal for $900. It's more cumbersome but I think it will be hard to beat that price.
You could easily get BNE-MEL-LHR-MEL for $1000 that way. And wait for a sale to book the last MEL-BNE leg.
