Not sure if it's on the Aussie store or not. Looks like a pretty dud freebie tie in game, but it's free and there's achievements so at least it might be worth some of you guys' time.

Sorry if not a deal, since odds are this F2P trash will always be free, but it's not yet been up here before so I don't know. Feel free to delete it if it's not a real deal yo.

Edit: There's a full 1000 gamerscore for the game, and only 10 achievements to get, and they all look easy as piss. I'm down for upping my chivo count, gotta catch up to my 100+ plats on PSN.

    It's not available on the Aussie Marketplace, but it is possible to get from the US. Follow these steps.

    1: Go to the Settings App on your Xbox One console. Go down to System and select Language & location. Once selected go down to Location and change it to United States. Then, reset the console by clicking on "Restart" right of the screen.

    2: Once your console has been reset, go to the Store on your Xbox one console using the United States location and search for Ben-Hur. Download it completely before proceeding.

    3: Once the download is complete change your location settings back to where they were using the steps given in Step 2. The game should now be in your library.

      Changing the region on the bottom left of the web page works too, and is quicker…downloading now, cheers OP! ;)

        Have you actually downloaded the game on the console?

        I tried using the website method and it won't show up on the 'ready to install' tab (since the game is not available on the Aussie marketplace). It worked for me when I did it on the console instead.

          I download games from the Hong Kong Xbox web site frequently and the download automatically. Strange that it's not working for you.

          Yep, once for me earlier & just now for a family member! It's not a huge download, 700mb or something, nice change from the 20gb extravaganzas we're used to! :)

    I switched my console location to USA and the Ben Hur game was listed in my Ready To Install section. Thanks again to TheDukeOfNukem and silverrat23 for the listing and instructions. My Original Post is sort of still valid, but you are much better off just following the above instructions (from silverrat23) to change your location settings to United States, restarting, downloading then changing location back (after the download is complete).

    My method listed below appeared to work, however, when I went to my console to initiate the download it wasn't there! Please ignore my post - sorry for the inconvenience.

    Thanks Op.

    I just got the game by going onto a web browser and selecting it (using an Incognito Window).

    1. Launch Chrome browser (or Firefox).
    2. Select to open an Incognito Window (on Firefox select New Private Window).
    3. Follow this link
      https://store.xbox.com/en-US/Xbox-One/Games/Ben-Hur/92ffdfc9…
      (make sure it is "en-US")
    4. Click "Buy Now" for $0
    5. You will now be asked to log into your account; go ahead and log in.
    6. A confirmation for the free purchase will appear; click the green CONFIRM button.
    7. It will now say that the next time you start your console the game will be ready for download.
    8. Enjoy!
