    Just picked up the Birthday 6 free donuts but the staff at Mascot is not very informed. They are rather rude and kinda rubbish when dealing with the promo they are not aware of. Had to ask them to call up headoffice to clarify. Just a heads up for those going to collect.

    My birthday is July and $10 off is only online and you have to pay delivery so maybe good deal for others but not worth the bother for me.

    I'm not lazy - I would definitely drive the half an hour to my nearest KK if it was $10 off non online but not really a bargain for me. Maybe a better promo during their next mailing list drive. I'm not negging the deal or OP for posting - just feedback for any associated KK lurkers on OzB. No reason for comment downvotes…

    I don't understand why it takes 24 hours to receive an email and why can't I place an order to collect instore on the same day. Who plans a day in advance to buy doughnuts?

      i do… they cook them a hour before the organized pickup time… you don't want to arrive at your friends house for afternoon tea with a box full of expensive day old doughnuts. i end up getting 2 or 3 boxes a year… my friend usually goes halves with me in a box to cut the cost… even better if there's a discount coupon.

    sweet… 10 dollars off a box, pick up instore order… ordered for pickup on my b-day to get the glazed half dozen for free on the same day… oh… musn't forget the free single glazed doughnut with the email. you can order these things 3 months in advance… i had to order now cause the $10 off coupon only lasts a week from receiving the email

          Seems to be 7 days from the day you open the email? I subscribed 2 weeks ago, but just click the welcome email today (as it got filtered). My code expired 5 Sep (the welcome email itself was dated 14 Aug :)
