I bought a few full cream from GoLo Rockdale, not many left of light(about a shelf) and about 3 packs left of full cream tonight. I think they replenish the shelf everyday, don't think stocks would keep up with weekend shoppers demand. Enjoy milk responsibly…

  • This is a good deal for UHT milk, whether it's regular milk or A2 milk with its "special benefits".

  • Anyone knows what the expiry dates are for these that are on special?

    • My ones are 08 Oct 10 - production date 08 Jan 10 - i guess that agrees to the 9 mths claim.

  • Great find mate!

  • That means this will be 85cents this Sunday with the 15% off family and friends promotion.
Good bargain, only problem is I don't drink milk.

  • Coles has Devondale UHT's 2lt for $2 till next Thursday

    • +2

yea, beat me to it~ but I still like to buy the 1L bottles cause it takes me too long to finish a 2 lt XD

  • Just wondering milk sell in GO LO or cheap stores the same quality as Coles / Woolies?
Or they are something like China milk, drink with precaution!?

    • Give it to a baby and see what happens. :P Sorry, bad taste, but couldn't resist.

      • Sorry don't have baby yet, you can try and let me know ;o)

        • Maybe it's also effective for preventing babies too. :)

    • Never bought anything from Go Lo before. While browsing the shop, most food merchandise looks like @ Coles/Woolies. Was't interested to buy anything else in there…

Never tried any milk from other reject shops type, I was only interested with this one as it's A2 milk which has good reputation. Box says it is product of Aust, so it should be okay. Taste-wise, I like it better then Devondale, less after taste. Actually, I think it tastes rather similar to Nestle's Bear brand cows milk(packed in a tin). Can't remember weather A2 is better than Dairy Farmers UHT. But I'll buy more of this A2 if there's $1 promo again from any shops. As I know it's OZ produce & taste good - my 3 yrs old is addicted to it.

      • Never trust what you see outside of the package.
Today Tonight showed the other night fruit n veg import from China then they repackage stated "Made in New Zealand"! @_@

my 3 yrs old is addicted to it.

Did your child addicted with other A2 milk you got from Coles/Woolies/IGA?
If ans is NO then maybe this milk got something inside.
Haha I'm not scaring you am I? ;o)

        • True to a point, since there are packagings that do correctly represent its contents. Similiar to media reports…

Wow… imported from China and labeled Made in NZ. That's cheating… (probably they'll stupidly argue that the packaging is the one made in NZ). Yeah, I believe that, some people will do such things. Even Woollies misrepresented their unit prices (weekend SMH) said it was system error late updating them on their online site, it's been weeks, they haven't fix it yet and still display them.

Sucks, but what can we do if they've cheated that far. I mean once you actually figure out that it's bogus, then you'll never buy them again or whatever action you wish to take.
I can not be the all knowing Oracle and it's life, just hope karma does exist…

LOL, she loves the milk, better than the UHT Devondale one (and me too…) I'm referring to this A2 milk from Go Lo.
I drink it my self, it is nice & I reckon it's ok.
But, it is UHT, still can't beat the fresh one.
