These are copies of the Bose MIE2 IEMs.
Sound quality is average but could be worse. May just need to burn them in to loosen up the drivers.
The rubber bits aren't as soft as the Bose silicone ones but are a perfect swap.
The housing isn't ported so no strong bass but reasonable mids. Maybe you can try modding them?
How would you mod them? Drill a small hole for bass porting?
My opinion is that they're ok as freebies with $5 of deodorant, but I would be disappointed if I'd paid real money for them.

On the spot. They're probably manufactured for a few dollars - they're visibly cheap. Sound quality is average. Not much bass, highs aren't super clear.
