ASOS just shifted another gear on their current sale. It was up-to-50% off at the beginning of this month, changed to up-to-70% off final clearance and now you get another 10% off sale items with coupon code MOREPLEASE.

Availability of the sizes is disproportional to the amount of discount so if you sort the items from low to high price you might have hard time finding the sizes you want.

Free shipping & free return with minimum $40 spend.

Does it still work out cheaper to change the currency to £? I remember this from a previous sale thread.

    • thank you for this! got asics shoes that were AU$144 down to £66.82 ($115), saved me $29

      • Do you use your credit card for this or paypal?

        • 28 degrees credit card always gives better conversion rate than paypal.

        • i used paypal

    • +1

It certainly does! Thanks for this, I just saved about $20 on my order.

I gotta be that person and ask how does ASOS sizing run? I appears to be free returns so it should be risk free but I would rather try avoid wasting their and my time

I find it's pretty close to other brands (and an ASOS small is basically perfect for me) but no real way to find out unless you grab it for yourself.

Ok cool, I'm going to just go for all small as that's generally my sizing for tops/jumpers. Guess I'm buying $376 of clothes online today. Didn't know that when I woke up but here we are

        • So I order twice, once in AU then another in GBP. All for nought I'm afraid. People in Merry Old England must be GIGANTIC. The small runs big for my sizing. Shame but I look forward to the next sale where I can try again with XS.

Here's hoping it isn't an expensive pain shipping 5KG and 7KG worth of clothes back 0_o Paypal returns only covers so much cost. I think I screwed up…

Love ASOS but you have to sort through so much shit to find anything.

    • +1 This is the reason I stopped shopping with them a while back. Theres definitely some good deals often on, but its just not worth the time sifting through tens of pages for me.

      • Why can't you select more than two brands while browsing? It's just a pain in the arse considering most things can be found in Australia cheaper. Even The Iconic is cheaper on most of the specials I'm actually interested in. ASOS isn't good for value these days. A stupidly large range is all it's good for.

        • You can can't you?

        • @theworks:

On specials? The options disappear after selecting two and a size for me…

    Forgot cash rewards :(

omg thank you and sorry for your loss. I was on the paypal sms verification screen when I saw this

      • if its any consolation I completely missed the first comment saying to convert to GBP instead of AUD. Also was 15 minutes too late on being able to cancel the order. I was able to make a second order for 12 of the 15 items I originally bought so it looks like I'll save ~AU$50 from doing that. Just gotta return the bulk of the first order…if any of it even fits right 0_o

        • Nooo… I forgot to convert it to GBP as well :-(

        • [@congngo]
You can probably still cancel and reorder, that's what I did.

        • @lukeolivie:

Not almost 7 hours after the fact I don't think

        • @lukeolivie: thanks. But been dispatched already :(

  • Uni students already get 10-15%, not a discount for them

    • +3

      Only on full priced items.

    • Can't use cashrewards with the student discount, this one should work though

    • Yep, as mentioned before, the unidays discount is not for sale items. This is much better.

  • Maybe slightly unrelated to this deal but has anyone changed country stores to access lower prices? For example Stan Smiths are $120 AUD in the Australian store but $106.93 AUD in the US store. Does the return policy change if we do so?

    • Might as well just buy those on The Iconic with $10 email voucher and cash rewards. Or wait for a 40% off Adidas sale, but haven't seen one this year yet.

  • I bought something 2 days ago… Should I buy again and return the previous order since free shipping? Plus I I didn't know about the currency thing! XD

    • Yes you should. If the items are still available.

  • every single piece of clothing i was interested in was out of stock

  • FML forgot to convert it to GBP! :( FML could have saved 30$
