I figured I would try and do weekly Foodland catalogues for us SA users, these items are available at all Foodland/Foodland IGA stores; not regular IGA. They are being posted to foodlandsa.com.au domain, so hit subscribe on the foodlandsa.com.au store page and you'll get an email when they are posted.
If you aren't familiar with the Foodland catalogue: Things in red are genuine specials for that week, things in blue are everyday prices/everyday low price type things which I wouldn't pay too much attention to. If you see something decent in the catalogue I've missed, mention in the comments below.
All specials are comparable (or a few cents cheaper) to Coles/Woolworths generally (eg Drumstick, Cottees, Cold Power), so you aren't losing out by shopping here also.
