    The page linked mentions multiple times that the 4K is at 15fps, you've listed 25fps. Which end has the typo?

    Not too sure if I should buy this, looking for a small action cam to take on a cruise in november. will be snorkelling so would like to take some awesome shots underwater. not sure if this will be okay?

    Recording specs taken directly from the website…seems like a great product! For $50 I'll bite.

        Haha yeah. I expect they're approximate.

        Also image quality, OIS, auto focus, etc are not reflected in the res/fps spec.

        Still for sub $50 I day it's quite reasonable!

          True that.
          I recall a review I watched on a action cam promoted as 4k. The footage was upscaled in some dodgy way (beyond my knowledge base) rather than actually recorded at 4k initially.
          I suspect the peoples republic does not have bodies such as fair trading to keep advertised claims honest.

      Not sure if it's the same camera but I bought the Eken H9 Ultra HD 4K camera (http://www.gearbest.com/action-cameras/pp_234672.html) and it didn't have a dashcam mode (turns on automatically and starts recording). I got it in January so there could have been a firmware update?

      I'm currently using a xiaomi yi dashcam and pretty happy with it.
