Just a shout-out that there is a series of free screenings of the award-winning documentary movie - Hard to Believe (about the killing of prisoners of conscience in China) at the University of NSW (UNSW), on the following dates/times:

  1. Thursday 15 Sept, 6.30 pm - 8 pm, Mathews Theatre C
  2. Wednesday 21 Sept, 6.30 pm - 8 pm, Central Lecture Block 2
  3. Friday 7 Oct, 6.30 pm - 8 pm, Central Lecture Block 2

    It looks like it's actually a movie about Falun Gong, who are what we politely call a "new religious movement", like Scientology.

      Maybe. Doesn't give the state license to persecute and murder them though. In terms of becoming a police state China's getting almost as bad as QLD or NSW!
