  Petbarn have recently changed their price match policy for the worse and are officially on my shit list.

    Yep. Price match policy has fallen in line with most other places. They match stores within a 15km radius & if they are an online store, then they factor in the delivery charge as well.

    Petbarn staff that told me about this weren't sure how they would police online stores that fall within the 15km radius.

    You'd think it's one or the other (15km radius or +postage) not both.

      Worse still, online price match will only be against the online stores regular price, not their sale price.

  I just tried to order some discounted cat food. The discount (right at the bottom) on the checkout page looked really wrong so I manually calculated. The discount displayed was only $57 instead of $100. This is BEFORE applying the discount code. very shifty

        Some weruva cans and pouches plus some cat litters…the total was about $200 but $99 discount applied. But the weruva cans and pouches were on special so probably 20% discounts were stacked with the promotions
