Being the resident pet food narc, I'll just point out that pig's ears aren't a terribly healthy treat. Everything in moderation, but these are high in fat, low in nutrition, and have been known to be a choke hazard.
Also note that this particular brand is packed in Australia but almost certainly manufactured in China (most pigs ear treats are) and are irradiated, meaning they apply radiation to give them longer shelf life. This further reduces any nutrients and micro-nutrients from the product. Cats should never eat irradiated food, so don't use them around cats at all.
