    Nice one.

"preparing your pet’s emergency preparedness plan"

LOL (say it 5 times fast!)

My gold fish is ready for anything. I've packed a swiss army knife just in case too.

  • Firstly, what fireman is going to risk his life, running into a burning house for the sake of rescuing a furred feline?

Secondly, are we allowed to get these if we dont have pets?

    • Yes, just put kids names and grandma under "Other" on the sticker. Fireman will tick them off as he rescues them. I've added "Please also get photo albums from hall closet" to mine ;-)

I don't think these stickers will do a lot personally (won't hurt either although a phone number will help fraudsters and thieves rob you). Emergency staff would be trained to always check a house for people if its burning and safe enough to enter in any case (they can't assume it's empty!). Off course if they see animals they can rescue they will but if putting a sticker up gives people a warm and fuzzy feeling… ;-)

        No, it won't.

Just put in your mobile number.

        Thieves won't rob you.

  • Good idea, but I am not trusting enough to leave my contact details out for everyone to see. Get to know your neighbours, and hopefully if your house burns down, they can alert the emergency people and you of the situation.
