As Olympic style equipment, the bar has 50mm rotating shafts on each end (unlike the standard non rotating 25mm shafts on other bars) and the weight plates have a 52mm diamater hole. This means that this equipment is only compatible with other olympic bars and plates.
This bar possesses 50mm diameter free-rotating ends with brass bushing, which are compatible with any Olympic plates, and comes with spring collars. The bar weighs 8kg (without collars) and has a capacity of 330lb. THese bars generally retail at around $80 - without weight plates.
Also included are two 5kg little bloke fitness tri-grip baked enamel weight plates (olympic size).
