The WiFi one makes sense as you don't really want to give it a generic name such that it cannot be differentiated from your neighbour's.
The computer one I found a bit weird if it's anything different from "[Owner's Name]-PC" or some variation.

Replace ….. with a very generic word like car, laptop, phone etc without any further conditions or specifics that they want.
