    Don't see any much difference from the 2012 release but heck it's free why not. Hope this version retain the good stuff from the older version.

    For free, it's great. I got this last time it was free but I no longer use it.
    I upgraded to another product called nPlayer.

    It looks like Ace Player still doesn't do AC-3 or DTS.
    If you're not worried about BluRay backups on a NAS, Ace Player is a great option. Otherwise, consider nPlayer. It does almost everything you can imagine.

      nPlayer is actually the best app I have purchased. All it needs now is optimised h265 playback.

        I use nPlayer as well. It's also only $4.49 IAP for DTS playback.

        Infuse is $12.99 for DTS playback.

    now just use Infuse for ios

    Infuse is the best. Supports TRULY EVERYTHING including AC-3 and DTS.
