    I notice site is UK based so how does warranty work?

    The manufacturers' warranty covers your watch and we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly should a fault develop

      I'm sorry to hear, as I'm not a rep or associated with the store I can't really make direct contact with the store to sort this out. However there is a store rep on OzB who you can PM here. Majority of my orders have arrived within a week however some did take 12-13 days to arrive too. I would advise you to firstly email them directly and also notify the store rep about your situation :)
