      Darn it, sorry I couldn't check if it was free in Australian iTunes as I had already purchased it years ago and my iPhone keeps linking to iTunes app which doesn't tell me if it's free as I already have it ><

      It looks like a fixed loop of some sort, probably a bowline.
      Fun fact: Bowlines are popular with sailors as they are reliable fixed loops which can be easily tied and untied.
      You can even tie them with one hand!
      eg. fall overboard, line thrown to you, hold on with one hand, use other to wrap around body and tie bowline between body and fixed hand.
