  • Any fees rep?

Actually quite nice a deal. Very rare to see discounts for Steam etc.

  • Must deposit $2k a month into it, 3% foreign currency transaction fee.

  • Yes, there's a $5 monthly service fee unless you're a student or deposit $2000 per month on your account.

There are other fees associated with the bank account with things like using ATM overseas ($5), foreign conversion fees (3%), printing history statements from St George ATMS ($0.20) and so on. Best to check the fees section on the website..

If you have an account already or you're a student, great! Otherwise keep in mind the $5 service fee if you're not planning on at least depositing $2000 per month

So it's technically only 7% off on steam then

      • If steam charges in another currency (e.g. USD) then you will pay the 3% conversion fee. However given Steam has an Australian store I doubt they do charge in foreign currencies.

Would this 10% rebate work if I purchased an xbox one digital game or DLC from the Microsoft AU store? Could then stack with the existing discounts on offer https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/275560

    • Yes this is in addition to any offers from Microsoft.

  • Hi All,

The cash back offer has now been extended for another 6 months. It will now go until 30 Sept.

In addition Nintendo eShop purchases will now be included.
