A guy on reddit here made an app and keeping it free for a week.

Basically a novelty to add to your iMessages fun. Screenshots on app page.

To use:

Long press on a sticker and then drag and drop it on top of your messages. You can also resize and rotate them by pulling apart with two fingers, like you would zooming in on a picture, before dropping them.

      It's for the new iMessage features, which start from iOS10 :)

      When I run into this situation I just download it via iTunes. That way it's still available to me once I update the firmware.
