I notice that if you return it without having to buy or exchange another one, you will be charged $6.50 for postage. Can we return it to Big W to avoid return postage ?
Not sure if you can return to Big W for free but if you pay with Paypal you can pay for the return postage but then apply to Paypal to get it reimbursed back to you. I've done this with Ezibuy and all went well, no problems.

I received mine today. Looks nice, but smells like crap (very chemically) and are 'dry clean only' which i didn't realise.
Any ideas the best way to get rid of the smell? It's currently hanging up in the laundry in an attempt to air it out.A clean empty spray bottle
