A pair of balls for the price of one.

  • I presume these are a shedload better than the $2 balls from Woolies last World Cup? If so how? Genuinely curious as my son is taking an interest in ball sports and I don't know jack about soccer.

these are pretty good quality. definitely heaps better than the umbro and mitre balls and also much better than most of the $30 nike and adidas balls in stores.

      • Yep thanks for the info. Can you tell me what makes them better? What would I notice kicking around both? Would the better one last longer?

sorry, don't know the technical details but i have been playing for about 11 years and used about 40-50 balls over that period of time. this ball has better stitching, material, feel and flight.

Thanks for your help. That handful of words is more helpful than you think.

  • How much for inflated shipping? Don't like balls delivered flat.

For anyone curious about the quality of these balls, note the 'FIFA Quality' logo on the ball.

    What does this mean?

"A ball must successfully pass the seven tests described in detail on this website to earn the FIFA QUALITY mark. The tests check the ball’s weight, circumference, roundness, bounce, water absorption, loss of pressure and shape and size retention."

    http://quality.fifa.com/en/Footballs/Quality-Programme-for-F…

You could consider these an absolute bargain for how these balls would hold up against a non "FIFA Quality" ball. I have ownd quite a few footballs in my time, but only 3 FIFA Approved (old FIFA label) and the properties of these balls are day and night compared to regular training balls. those RRP $30~ or less, balls feel like beach balls after using quality ones.

    • thanks for the info, mate! i learnt something new today :)

  • the 10 i ordered arrived today … inflated :)

(btw, i organize three different soccer games during the week and that's why i ordered 10)
